Terms of use
Effective October 21, 2026. By creating an account or using Facilory, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if you administer an organization, confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization.
1. The service
Facilory provides software for organizing building maintenance, work orders, inspections, checklists, equipment, schedules, and related records. It does not itself perform physical inspections, provide a professional safety certification, or guarantee regulatory compliance.
2. Accounts and access
Provide accurate registration details, keep your login secure, and use appropriate roles when inviting staff. Organization owners and authorized managers control invitations, work assignments, and their company’s operational content. You are responsible for the actions taken under accounts you manage.
3. Trial and subscriptions
Facilory currently offers a 14-day trial and a $49-per-month-per-company subscription for new customers, unless different terms are clearly shown at checkout. If you choose to save a payment method and start a paid subscription, Stripe may automatically charge the displayed amount when the trial ends, unless you cancel in time. Applicable taxes and any changed price are disclosed at checkout. You can manage or cancel an eligible subscription through the secure billing portal. If you do not add a payment method, an unpaid trial may expire without converting to a paid subscription. Subscription changes and cancellation timing follow the terms displayed during checkout.
4. Your content
Your company retains ownership of its work orders, inspection data, and uploaded content. You grant Facilory the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that information to your authorized users to operate the service. Do not upload material you are not entitled to share or sensitive data that is unnecessary for the task.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another company’s information, disrupt systems, exploit vulnerabilities, send unsolicited invitations, or submit illegal or harmful content. We may restrict access when necessary to protect the service or other users.
6. Availability and limitations
We work to keep Facilory reliable, but availability can be interrupted by maintenance, third-party outages, connectivity issues, or unexpected errors. Maintain independent safety processes for critical equipment and legal compliance. Do not rely on Facilory as an emergency dispatch or life-safety system.
7. Termination and exports
You may stop using Facilory and manage cancellation through Company Settings. Account or company deletion may permanently remove records, subject to legitimate retention obligations. Export operational records important to your company before requesting deletion.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post an updated effective date. For questions about the service, billing, privacy, or these terms, use the Facilory support form.
